LITEON to Build $919 Million AI Manufacturing Headquarters in McKinney

Gov. Greg Abbott announced July 13 that LITEON, a Taiwan-based electronics manufacturer, will build a new North American headquarters and advanced manufacturing facility in McKinney dedicated to producing AI power and infrastructure-related solutions. The initial phase of the project represents a $307 million capital investment and 500 new jobs, with the company's total commitment expected to grow to $919 million and more than 600 jobs over the life of the project — one of the largest private investments in McKinney's history.
